We perform a full range of commissioning and adjustment works to combine three devices into a synchronous three-phase system with a uniform load, correct phase distribution, the possibility of redundancy and full monitoring via VRM.
What is included in commissioning and adjustment works
1. Physical configuration check
- Overview of the installation of three inverters: phase L1, L2, L3
- Checking the VE.Bus connection and uniform length of DC cables
- Checking the presence of grounding, similarity of models and firmware
- Synchronizing the configuration between all devices
2. Software configuration
- Creating a three-phase circuit in VE.Bus System Configurator
- Assigning roles: Master, Slave, Assist
- Parameter matching: frequency, voltage, charge, battery type
- Configuring PowerAssist / PowerControl
3. Charging profile settings
- Single charging profile for all phases
- Limiting the total charging current according to the battery characteristics
- Temperature compensation (if there is a sensor)
- Support for DVCC, CAN-BMS (for example, for LiFePO₄)
4. Integration with the monitoring system
- Connection to Cerbo GX or Color Control GX
- Display of parameters of each phase: voltage, load, charge
- Full integration with VRM-portal: logging, notifications, analytics
5. Mode testing
- Load testing for each phase
- Fault simulation: disconnection of one or more phases
- Checking behavior when connected to a generator or network
- Synchronization between inverters when changing modes
6. Customer briefing and facility handover
- Transfer of configuration files and documentation
- Training in using the system, VRM, mode switching
- Recommendations for maintenance and software updates
