The Deye SUN-25K-G04 — is a powerful and reliable three-phase grid-tied inverter for solar power generation systems with a low-voltage output. The model was developed by Ningbo Deye Inverter Technology Co., Ltd. and is part of the new G04 series of inverters, designed for maximum efficiency, stability, and ease of operation.
The inverter is designed for commercial and industrial solar power plants and can also be used in distributed energy systems and microgrids. Thanks to support for Zero Export and VSG (Virtual Synchronous Generator) functions, the device easily integrates into “smart” power grids, providing dynamic load stabilization and power flow control.

Design Features
The SUN-25K-G04 inverter is equipped with a modern electronic platform featuring a high-speed DSP processor, which ensures precise parameter control, efficient maximum power point tracking (MPPT), and rapid response to load changes. Thanks to support for three MPPT channels, the inverter can work with panels of various orientations, which increases overall energy output.
The metal housing with IP65 protection rating allows the device to be installed both indoors and outdoors. The built-in intelligent cooling system maintains optimal component temperatures and reduces noise levels to 65 dB. All protection modules (AC/DC, thermal, isolation, and anti-islanding) are implemented at the hardware level, ensuring safe operation under various conditions.
