The SUN-20K-G05 Deye WiFi grid-tied inverter (20 kW, 3-phase, 2 MPPT) is a high-tech device designed for the efficient operation of modern solar power plants. With a power rating of 20 kW and a three-phase architecture, it is ideal for large residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The inverter ensures stable power generation and compatibility with a wide range of photovoltaic modules, and supports operation in challenging conditions thanks to a wide input voltage range from 200 V to 1000 V, with a maximum voltage of 1100 V. Two independent MPPT technologies allow for optimized power generation even under uneven lighting conditions or with varying solar panel tilt angles.
The SUN-20K-G05 inverter has a high efficiency rating of up to 98.5%, which minimizes energy losses and allows for maximum utilization of the photovoltaic modules’ potential. The optional “zero export” feature limits energy transfer to the grid, which is important for regions with relevant regulatory restrictions. Integrated WiFi monitoring enables remote management and operation via a mobile app or web interface, allowing for real-time analysis of system performance and quick response to any malfunctions. The device is also equipped with numerous safety features, including protection against short circuits, overvoltage, overload, and ground fault current monitoring, making it a reliable solution for long-term operation.

The device is equipped with VSG functions for grid stabilization and Anti-PID for extending the service life of the panels, and supports RS485/RS232, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, and LAN interfaces.
