Victron Cyrix-Li-load 12/24V-230A — is a high-current relay for automatic load disconnection in lithium power systems, in particular based on Victron Lithium Smart or Lithium NG LiFePO₄ batteries. The device works in tandem with the VE.Bus BMS, providing a second line of battery protection against deep discharge by interrupting power to critical loads.
Key features of Cyrix-Li-load:
- Automatic load disconnection upon signal from the VE.Bus BMS (low control input or "floating")
- Automatic re-enablement after 30 seconds if the battery voltage has increased (sign of charging)
- After 3 unsuccessful re-enable attempts — the device remains off until the battery voltage reaches 13 V (26 V for 24 V systems)
- Can be used as an alternative to BatteryProtect in high-current systems

Principle of operation:
- When the battery system is functioning normally, the VE.Bus BMS maintains a high signal at the Cyrix-Li-load control input — the relay is closed.
- In the event of a threat of deep discharge, the BMS switches the control input to "floating" — Cyrix-Li-load switches off the load.
- After voltage stabilization and charging has started, the relay automatically closes after 30 s (max. 3 attempts).
