The Deye SUN-125K-PCS01HP3 BOS-B hybrid inverter is an industrial-grade high-voltage inverter with a rated power of 125 kW, designed for use in large-scale energy storage and management systems. The device is a key component of Deye C&I ESS (Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage System) solutions and is designed for operation in grid-connected, off-grid, and hybrid industrial-scale power systems.
The inverter supports integration with BOS-B battery modules and operates with high-voltage lithium-ion (LFP) batteries in the 630–1000 V voltage range. Thanks to its high power and the ability to connect battery racks with a capacity of up to 215 kWh and more, the system provides effective power backup, energy consumption optimization, and stable operation of critical loads.
The model is equipped with a modern PCS (Power Conversion System) with a rated active power of 125 kW and a maximum total power of 125 kVA. The inverter supports operation in a 380/400 V three-phase network with a frequency of 50/60 Hz and provides a wide power factor regulation range from -1 to +1. This allows the device to be used not only for power generation but also for reactive power compensation and power grid stabilization.
The highly efficient non-isolated topology provides maximum efficiency of up to 98.5% and Euro efficiency of up to 97.8%, which significantly reduces losses during energy conversion. Built-in control algorithms optimize the operation of the energy storage system and support intelligent energy management strategies, including dynamic tariff management, Zero Export mode, and Time-of-Use charging/discharging.
The inverter is part of a scalable modular architecture that can include 100 or 125 kW PCS modules, MPPT modules for connecting solar panels up to 200 kW, STS fast-switching modules with a capacity of up to 500 kW, and BOS-B battery systems. This configuration allows for the creation of power systems ranging from 125 kW to over 2.5 MW.
The STS (Static Transfer Switch) module ensures instantaneous switching between power sources—the grid, off-grid mode, or a diesel generator. The switching time is less than 20 ms, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical equipment even during emergencies or power outages.
For monitoring and control, the inverter is equipped with Wi-Fi, RS485, and CAN interfaces, supports the connection of energy meters and current transformers, and integrates with the Deye Cloud platform. Users gain the ability to remotely monitor, analyze energy consumption, update software, and control the system in real time.
The device is equipped with a comprehensive protection system that includes protection against short circuits, overloads, AC and DC overvoltage (Type II), thermal protection, anti-islanding mode, insulation monitoring, and residual current detection. The inverter complies with international safety and grid integration standards, including IEC 61727, IEC 62116, EN 50549, VDE-AR-N 4105, and others.
Thanks to its IP65 protection rating and intelligent air-cooling system, the inverter can operate reliably in harsh environmental conditions at temperatures ranging from –40°C to +60°C, making it an optimal solution for large industrial power systems.
