Hybrid SPP — This is a flexible solution for facilities where both electricity saving and power backup in case of a power outage are important.
What does the installation service include?
Preparation for installation:
- creation of technical specifications;
- drawing of an electrical circuit;
- analysis of facility conditions: network availability, stability, consumption profile;
- selection of equipment taking into account scenarios: self-consumption / reserve / autonomy.
Equipment installation:
- installation of a hybrid inverter (single- or three-phase);
- installation and connection of a battery (LiFePO₄ or alternatives AGM, GEL, OPzS, OPzV);
- connection of a generator (if available), autostart settings;
- installation of monitoring systems (Cerbo GX, displays, BMS);
- installation of DC/AC protections, shields, source switches.
Laying of cable lines:
- connection of solar panel arrays with a controller or inverter;
- connection of batteries to the inverter taking into account the type of BMS and protections;
- connection of the network and load according to priorities (network / battery / PV);
- marking, standardization, IP protection and heat-resistant tracing.
Grounding and lightning protection:
- installation of a local grounding loop;
- unification of metal structures;
- installation of SPDs and surge protection.
Commissioning and adjustment works:
- checking all connections, polarity, voltages and phases;
- configuration of hybrid inverter modes (Grid ↔ PV ↔ BATTERY ↔ Gen);
- setting up BMS, monitoring, logic of transition to autonomy;
- testing scenarios: power supply from the grid / from the battery / PV / generator;
- transmission of instructions to the user, online or offline support.
