Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-660-66QL6-BDV — a flagship bifacial photovoltaic module with a power output of 660 W, built on the latest generation of monocrystalline N-type TOPCon cells.
The module combines a high efficiency of 24.43%, additional rear-side generation of up to 15-20% from light reflected off the surrounding surface, a low power temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, and a reliable glass-glass construction. Thanks to generation from both the front and rear sides, the module's total power under BNPI conditions can reach up to 735 W.
Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers more energy from every square metre, stable performance at high temperatures and low irradiance, and predictable output throughout the entire service life.
Total-Energo LLC supplies genuine Jinko Solar panels in Ukraine, ensuring verified product origin, professional technical selection, and support with warranty claims.
Maximum energy from the available area
The Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-660-66QL6-BDV has a rated power of 660 W and an efficiency of 24.43%. This allows for a higher installed capacity of the solar plant within a limited roof or land area.
High per-unit power also makes it possible to reduce the number of modules needed to reach a target system capacity. Compared to lower-power panels, this can reduce the number of mounting components, cable connections, and installation operations.
The positive power tolerance of 0...+3% means there is no negative deviation from the rated power within the manufacturer's specified tolerance.
Next-generation N-type TOPCon
Tiger Neo 3.0 is built on a new generation of monocrystalline N-type TOPCon cells with a claimed efficiency of up to 27%.
An improved cell structure, surface passivation, and an optimised current-collection system help reduce electrical and optical losses. As a result, the module converts solar radiation into electricity more efficiently and delivers consistently high generation throughout the day.
N-type TOPCon also offers increased resistance to LID, LeTID, and PID degradation, which is especially important for the long-term operation of industrial and commercial solar power plants.
Bifacial generation with 85 ± 5% bifaciality
The module generates electricity from both the front and rear sides. Light reflected off the roof, ground, light-coloured membrane, concrete, gravel, or snow reaches the rear surface of the cells and produces additional generation.
The bifaciality coefficient of Tiger Neo 3.0 is 85 ± 5%. Under standardised BNPI conditions — 1000 W/m² on the front side and 135 W/m² on the rear side — the calculated maximum power of the JKM-660-66QL6-BDV model is 735 W.
The actual generation gain depends on the plant's design, installation height, tilt angle, row spacing, surface albedo, and the level of shading on the rear side.
Efficient performance in heat and low light
The Pmax temperature coefficient is only -0.26%/°C. This means that as the temperature of the solar cells rises, the module loses less power than panels with a higher absolute temperature coefficient.
This characteristic is especially important in summer, when the surface temperature of a PV module can be significantly higher than the ambient air temperature.
The optimised structure of the TOPCon cells also improves light absorption under low solar irradiance. The module continues to generate electricity efficiently in the morning, in the evening, and in cloudy weather, increasing the overall daily output of the solar plant.
Reliable glass-glass construction
The Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-660-66QL6-BDV is built in a dual-glass design:
- 2 mm front glass with an anti-reflective coating;
- 2 mm heat-strengthened rear glass;
- anodised aluminium frame;
- sealed IP68-rated junction box;
- Class II electrical protection.
The glass-glass construction provides increased resistance to moisture, ultraviolet radiation, temperature cycling, and mechanical loads. It also offers better protection of the solar cells against microcracks and environmental impact.
The module is certified to withstand a maximum static test load of up to 5400 Pa on the front side and up to 2400 Pa on the rear side.
Guaranteed performance over 30 years
For the Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 series, the manufacturer provides:
- a 12-year product warranty;
- a 30-year linear power warranty;
- first-year degradation of no more than 1%;
- subsequent annual degradation of no more than 0.35%;
- at least 88.85% of the initial power retained after 30 years of operation.
A low level of projected degradation ensures more stable electricity output and better economic performance of the solar plant throughout its entire lifecycle.
