Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-650-66QL6-BDV — a flagship bifacial photovoltaic module with a capacity of 650 W, based on the latest monocrystalline N-type TOPCon cells.
The module combines a high efficiency of 24.06%, an additional generation of up to 15-20% from the rear side due to the absorption of reflected light, a low temperature coefficient of power of -0.26%/°C, and a reliable glass-glass design. Thanks to the generation from both the front and rear sides, the total module power under BNPI conditions can reach 724 W.
Tiger Neo 3.0 means more generated electricity from every square meter, stable operation at high temperatures and low light, and predictable generation throughout its entire service life.
Total-Energo LLC supplies original Jinko Solar modules in Ukraine, ensuring confirmed product origin, professional technical selection, and warranty claim support.
Maximum energy from available area
Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-650-66QL6-BDV has a nominal power of 650 W and an efficiency of 24.06%. This allows you to achieve a higher installed capacity of the solar power plant on a limited roof or land area.
High unit power also makes it possible to reduce the number of modules required to form the target capacity of the SPP. Compared to less powerful panels, this can reduce the number of mounting elements, cable connections, and installation operations.
A positive power tolerance of 0...+3% means there is no negative deviation from the nominal power within the manufacturer's specified tolerance.
Next-generation N-type TOPCon
Tiger Neo 3.0 is built on a new generation of monocrystalline N-type TOPCon cells with a declared efficiency of up to 27%.
The improved cell structure, surface passivation, and optimized current collection system help reduce electrical and optical losses. As a result, the module more effectively converts solar radiation into electricity and ensures consistently high generation throughout the day.
N-type TOPCon is also characterized by increased resistance to LID, LeTID, and PID degradation, which is especially important for the long-term operation of industrial and commercial solar power plants.
Bifacial generation with 85 ± 5% bifaciality
The module produces electricity not only from the front side but also from the rear side. Radiation reflected from the roof, ground, light membrane, concrete, gravel, or snow hits the back surface of the cells and creates additional generation.
The bifaciality factor of Tiger Neo 3.0 is 85 ± 5%. Under standardized BNPI conditions — 1000 W/m² on the front side and 135 W/m² on the rear — the calculated maximum power of the JKM-650-66QL6-BDV model is 724 W.
The actual generation increase depends on the station's design, installation height, tilt angle, row spacing, surface albedo, and the level of shading on the rear side.
Effective operation in heat and low light
The Pmax temperature coefficient is only -0.26%/°C. This means that as the temperature of the solar cells rises, the module loses less power than panels with a higher absolute temperature coefficient.
This characteristic is especially important in summer when the surface temperature of the PV modules can be significantly higher than the ambient air temperature.
The optimized structure of the TOPCon cells also improves light absorption at low solar radiation intensity. The module continues to effectively generate electricity in the morning, evening, and during cloudy weather, increasing the overall daily output of the SPP.
Reliable glass-glass design
Tiger Neo 3.0 JKM-650-66QL6-BDV is manufactured in a dual-glass design:
- 2 mm front glass with anti-reflective coating;
- 2 mm heat-strengthened rear glass;
- anodized aluminum frame;
- hermetic IP68 junction box;
- electrical protection class II.
The glass-glass design provides increased resistance to moisture, UV radiation, temperature cycles, and mechanical loads. It also better protects the solar cells from microcracks and environmental impacts.
The module is certified for a maximum static test load of up to 5400 Pa on the front side and up to 2400 Pa on the rear side.
Guaranteed performance for 30 years
For the Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 3.0 series, the manufacturer provides:
- 12-year product warranty;
- 30-year linear power warranty;
- degradation of no more than 1% in the first year;
- subsequent degradation of no more than 0.35% per year;
- no less than 88.85% of initial power after 30 years of operation.
The low level of predicted degradation ensures more stable electricity generation and better economic efficiency of the solar power plant throughout its entire lifecycle.
