LLC «Total-Energo» conducts a full technical inspection of Riello UPSs of all series with the preparation of a report and recommendations for the owner.
What diagnostics include
Inspection / audit
- Determination of the model, configuration and operating conditions of the equipment.
- Assessment of the condition of the installation, grounding, connections, ventilation holes and general physical condition.
- Checking the compliance of the parameters of the object with the requirements for UPS operation.
Electrical tests
- Control of input parameters: voltage, frequency, phase symmetry, power quality.
- Analysis of output characteristics: voltage stability, frequency, harmonic distortion.
- Testing of transitions between the network, inverter and static bypass without load loss.
- Checking the UPS response to a change load and network disturbances.
Power module testing
- Inverter stability assessment: waveform, temperature, output voltage.
- Rectifier and charger diagnostics: voltage, charge current, behavior under load.
- Static bypass functionality: grid synchronization, switching, event log.
- In modular systems (Multi Power, MODULYS) — checking each module separately: load, temperature, logs.
Battery (battery system)
- Inspection of battery cabinets: integrity, connection, ventilation.
- Measurement of voltage of individual battery sections, balance check.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of charging modes: Float, Boost, intelligent algorithms.
- A discharge control test is possible (upon agreement).
Cooling
- Checking the operation of all ventilation units: fan rotation, temperature sensors.
- Inspection of cooling channels for contamination or obstructions.
- Monitoring the temperature of power elements during load.
Communications / monitoring
- Evaluation of the operation of interfaces: display, control buttons, panel user.
- Testing digital protocols: SNMP, Modbus, RS-232/485, CAN, USB, etc.
- Checking integration with monitoring systems (BMS, SCADA, local servers).
Technical report
- Generation of a complete report with all test results.
- Identification of potential problems: battery degradation, overheating, module errors.
- Recommendations for maintenance, component replacement or system modernization.
