Legrand UPS — is a solution for uninterruptible power supply used in commercial, industrial, office and infrastructure facilities. The company offers a wide range of single-phase and three-phase systems, including the Keor, Trimod, Daker DK, Archimod and other series. To maintain stability and extend the life of Legrand UPSs, they must be regularly diagnosed. LLC «Total-Energo» performs a full technical audit of Legrand UPSs of all configurations, including modular ones, to detect wear, prevent failures and ensure reliable operation.
What diagnostics include
Inspection / audit
- Identification of model, configuration, connected batteries and operating modes.
- Assessment of the external and internal condition of the housing, terminals, ventilation holes.
- Verification of correct installation, grounding and quality of connections.
- Analysis of operating conditions (humidity, temperature, dust), accessibility for maintenance.
Electrical tests
- Checking input voltage, frequency, phase symmetry (for three-phase models).
- Analysis of output voltage and frequency under various loads.
- Evaluation of operation when switching between the network, inverter and bypass.
- Control of power supply stability and distortion level (THD).
Inverter / bypass / rectifier check
- Evaluation of voltage quality from the inverter: waveform, deviation, stability.
- Checking the rectifier and charger: correct operation, reaction to the network.
- Functionality of static bypass: switching, synchronization, manual test.
- Reading event logs, alarms and operating modes.
Battery (battery system)
- Inspection of battery modules or cabinets: condition of connections, integrity of housings, ventilation.
- Measurement of voltage by battery sections, balance assessment.
- Check charge modes (Float/Boost) and degradation indicators.
- Optional — control test of autonomy under load (upon agreement).
Cooling
- Functionality of the cooling system: fans, temperature sensors.
- Temperature mode of operation under load.
- Inspection of ventilation ducts for clogging or wear.
Communications / monitoring
- Checking the display, menu, event logs.
- Testing interfaces: USB, SNMP, RS-232, Modbus, Ethernet.
- Assessment of work with external BMS/SCADA systems.
Technical report
- Full report on all parameters recorded during diagnostics.
- Identification of signs of degradation, malfunctions or deviations from the norm.
- Recommendations for maintenance, repair or replacement of elements.

- After failures, emergency switching or a drop in autonomous time.
