The brand's line includes single- and three-phase models with wide configuration options, external or internal batteries, as well as built-in interfaces for monitoring. What diagnostics include
Inspection/audit
- External inspection of the housing, ventilation holes, display, terminal connections and status indicators.
- Configuration fixation: system type (single or three-phase), power, connection method, battery packs.
- Checking operating conditions: temperature, humidity, ventilation, compliance of installation with manufacturer's instructions.
- Electrical installation analysis: connection quality, grounding, protective devices.
Electrical tests
- Measurement of input voltage and frequency: checking tolerances, fixing instability or distortions.
- Output voltage control: stability, symmetry (for three-phase), frequency accuracy.
- Analysis of the response to changes in input parameters: dips, voltage peaks, phase loss.
- Checking transition modes: inverter ↔ network ↔ bypass, fixing the switching time and parameters.
Inverter / bypass test
- Evaluation of inverter operation: output voltage, waveform, current, load, temperature.
- Bypass operation test: presence of synchronization, correctness of automatic and manual switching.
- Analysis of emergency modes: overload, short circuit, loss of network, starting from the battery.
Battery (battery system)
- Inspection of battery condition: terminals, housings, cables, ventilation (for external battery units).
- Measurement of the voltage of each cell or section, detection of imbalances and degradation.
- Charger test: Float/Boost modes, parameter stability, current control.
- Autonomous operation test: starting the inverter from Battery, voltage and stability control under load.
Cooling
- Checking fans: speed, noise, temperature control.
- Analysis of the temperature regime of the main components: inverter, bypass, battery.
- Inspection of ventilation ducts, filters and heat exchangers — for contamination or reduced efficiency.
Communications / monitoring
- Checking the display's performance: accessing settings, reading the event log, viewing accidents.
- Testing interfaces: RS-232, USB, SNMP, dry contacts, Modbus (depending on the model).
- Analysis of the connection to the monitoring system or software (for example, ViewPower or similar).
Technical report
- Generation of a technical report indicating all tested nodes and their current status.
- Identification and fixing of worn components, failures or critical deviations.
- Providing recommendations: replacing the battery, cleaning the cooling system, re-parameterization.
When necessary diagnostics
- Every year — within the framework of preventive or scheduled service.
- When the autonomous time decreases, errors, interface failures or alarms appear.
- After installing new batteries or long downtime of equipment.
