What does professional INVT RM diagnostics include
1. System and configuration audit
- Determination of the number of power modules and configuration (e.g. 4x25 kVA)
- Checking the status of the switch cabinet chassis, cable connection
- Analysis of the N+X redundancy level, active messages and errors
2. System input/output parameters
- Measurement of voltage, frequency, phase balance
- Checking the quality of the output signal: stability, symmetry, harmonics
- Simulation of bypass transfer, checking the system response
3. Testing power modules
- Checking the operation of each module separately: load, inverter, PFC
- Synchronization between modules, load distribution
- Detecting degradation of one of the modules, imbalance
4. Battery system
- Determining the number and configuration of battery packs (48/96/240/384 V DC)
- Measuring voltage, internal resistance, charge balance
