What does INVT HRC11 diagnostics include
1. Visual inspection and initial audit
- Checking the condition of the case, display, ventilation holes
- Detection of external damage, corrosion, clogging
- Analysis of messages on the LCD, checking the event log
2. Checking electrical parameters
- Measuring voltage and frequency at input and output
- Checking the stability of the output voltage in online mode
- Simulating a grid outage — testing the transition to battery
3. Assessing the inverter's performance
- Checking the efficiency of the inverter under partial/full load
- Transition from/to bypass — logic and speed control
- Detecting noise, delays, voltage dips
4. Battery condition analysis
- Measurement of battery group voltage (2-6 × 12V)
- Check voltage uniformity, external signs of degradation
- Capacitance analysis, internal resistance (when using specialized testers)
- Temperature control, terminals, fuses
5. Ventilation and cooling check
- Check operation of built-in fans
- Evaluation of noise level and cooling under load
- Checking inverter thermal protection
6. Communication interfaces
- USB / RS232 / SNMP testing (if installed)
- Reading logs, analyzing failure history
- Checking the alarm relay output
7. Report and recommendations
- Generation of a diagnostic report with the results of the inspection
- Recommendations for replacing batteries, fans, improving ventilation
- Prediction of the remaining UPS resource under current operating conditions
