What does professional diagnostics of GE LP33 include
1. Checking the general condition of the UPS
- Visual inspection of the housing, ventilation elements, cable entries
- Analysis of the control panel, indications, existing error messages
- Checking the correspondence of the phase connections and the correctness of the grounding
2. Testing the input/output characteristics
- Measuring the input voltage and frequency for each phase
- Analysis of the output voltage, signal quality and frequency stability
- Checking the correctness of the transition to bypass (automatic/manual)
3. Inverter testing
- Inverter operation in normal mode with load
- Simulation of network loss to check operation from the battery
- Analysis of phase synchronization, behavior in transition modes
4. Battery system diagnostics
- Measurement of voltage of the entire battery group and each battery
- Checking internal resistance and residual capacity (if necessary)
- Checking connections: clamps, terminals, switching, thermal protection
5. Analysis of cooling and protection systems
- Checking the operation of fans, temperature sensors
- Detection of signs of overheating, overload, dust clogging

- Reading events via SNMP / RS232 / USB interfaces
- Analysis of the history of alarms, switching, starts, battery operation time
- Testing alarm outputs (relay contacts)
7. Report generation
- Technical conclusion on the current state of the equipment
- Recommendations for maintenance, upgrades, and component replacement
- Forecast of further operation taking into account the load and age of the battery
