The BOS-B-PDU-2 Deye unit is the central element for integrating BOS-B-Pack14.3 high-voltage battery modules into a single cluster system. The device allows you to coordinate the operation of up to 15 modules connected in series, forming a total cluster energy of up to 214.5 kW·h. BOS-B-PDU-2 provides safe and efficient management of energy flows within the system, monitors the status of all connected modules, and also transmits data to inverters and other external devices for stable system operation. The module allows you to create a reliable infrastructure for the use of batteries in residential, commercial and industrial facilities, providing stable backup power and effective energy management. The device has a nominal voltage of one battery module of 51.2 V and a nominal charge and discharge current of up to 168 A, which allows you to effectively service the connected modules and ensure the stability of the cluster. BOS-B-PDU-2 is equipped with active air cooling and fans to maintain optimal temperature conditions. The operating temperature range of the module is from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius, and the degree of protection of the housing complies with the IP20 standard. The front panel has LED indicators for high voltage (HV) and fault signaling (ALRM), as well as a start button and a display for displaying error codes and charge status. The unit has a USB port for software updates and Bluetooth for connecting to a mobile application, which allows for remote monitoring and configuration of the system.
BOS-B-PDU-2 supports cascading and parallel connection of modules, as well as integration with inverters with a capacity of up to 125 kW. The device is compatible with modern PCS, STS and MPPT modules, which allows for the implementation of various configurations of energy storage systems. All power connections are color-coded to simplify installation and maintenance. The positive pole is marked in orange, the negative - in black. The recommended configuration to ensure maximum efficiency is up to 15 BOS-B-Pack14.3 modules. Exceeding this number may reduce system efficiency. The unit is supplied with all the necessary installation and connection kits, including power cables, communication and operating instructions. BOS-B-PDU-2 is certified according to international standards CE, IEC62619, IEC62040 and UN38.3 and has a 10-year warranty.
