BOS-A-PDU-2 Deye — is a high-tech control unit for clusters of high-voltage batteries of the BOS series, designed for use in commercial and industrial ESS power systems. The device provides intelligent control, balancing and monitoring of the state of each battery cell, automatically regulates the charging and discharging processes, and also protects batteries from overloads, short circuits, overheating and overdischarge. The module is created taking into account modern safety standards and integrates into energy systems with a capacity of up to 80 kW with the ability to scale the battery storage up to 160 kW·h.
The BOS-A-PDU2 unit is the heart of the Deye BOS system — it coordinates the operation of LiFePO₄ battery modules, ensuring their consistency, control of voltage and current parameters, as well as data transmission to the Deye Cloud system via the TCP protocol. The 3U rack-mountable design provides convenient installation, and USB and Bluetooth interfaces facilitate maintenance. With support for up to 21 battery modules in series, the system allows you to create energy-intensive clusters for high-performance hybrid systems.
