The Victron Autotransformer 120/240V 32A is a multifunctional toroidal transformer designed to balance the load in split-phase systems, as well as to convert voltage between 120 V and 240 V. The device allows for the efficient use of the power source’s full capacity, preventing overloading of one of the phases in cases of 120 V load imbalance.

Integration with Victron Multi/Quattro
The transformer housing already includes a ground fault relay, which is necessary for the proper operation of GFCIs (ground fault circuit interrupters) in inverter mode. This relay is controlled directly by the Victron Multi or Quattro series inverter, ensuring safe and stable system operation.
Overheating protection
In case of overheating, the transformer automatically disconnects from the power source, preventing damage to the equipment. It can be manually restarted after cooling down.
